High intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Now why would you want to do this? It's because over the period of sleeping you are going anywhere between 8-12 hours since your last meal from dinner of not having any food in your system. Make sure you are cutting out all your starchy carbs and complex carbohydrates during those 10 days. You'll want to train your body to get it's carbohydrates from vegetable, fibrous, cruciferous type sources. So you are going to want to use a lot of cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, really dense type vegetables like zucchini and squashes. These are things that will give you energy and give your body energy without storing fat and water on your muscle. 3. Make sure you are increasing your protein and your essential fatty acid intake. So things like Almonds, Walnuts, Macadamia nuts, Olive oil, Avocados. Also making sure that are getting good lean protein sources of protein, you are going to up that as well, too. Your body is going to really need to depend on these for energy fuel sources as well as make sure your muscles are staying lean, strong and maintaining them while and dropping that weight so quickly.
