If you are wanting to shed some weight or waiting to be inspired to change your life then this is your sign. Pic one is me 1 year ago. I documented all of my workouts on my YouTube channel so I can look back and see how far I have come. As you can see in the first pic there I was so exhausted during that workout. I was so lazy and had no energy! I’m literally leaning against a pole for support. My diet was terrible here. I ate about 6 peices of bread a day. Morning bread, lunch bread, dinner bread. I would go to the bakery and buy something savoury and something sweet and then top it off which an iced drink. I didn’t fuel by body at all and it shows in this photo. I remember absolutely hating my legs back then. Second half is me 3 days ago. After changing my daily habits like food and implanting things like the green gut glow for my gut health and energy fizz sticks which give me healthy energy when I need a pick me up I have been able to ditch all the other bad stuff that my body didn’t need. These 2 items really have been a miracle for me and changed my life. I have so much more energy now I have lost 15kg. I wake up in the morning and know I’m starting my day off amazing by supporting my gut health and fuelling my body with food to grow.
