In this video I want to tackle a subject that is quite controversial and misunderstood, not only in the health and wellness community, but also throughout the world. I’m of course talking about CBD. I intend to dispel the most common myths about CBD, from whether it can get you high or contain psychoactive properties, and to address other misunderstood facts like the correct dosage, how much you should be taking, and in what form, its relation (or not) to cannabis, and much more. There is so much science and research (and results!) behind CBD, and it is a powerful nutrient that can support your Endocannabinoid system and has myriad health benefits, and it needs to be taken seriously. Also known as Cannabidiol, it was discovered in 1940 and studies (still ongoing) have shown CBD to be an effective medicine for anxiety, sleep, cognition, pain and movement disorders. Yet despite this, it still stigmatized by many and carries many misconceptions that are simply untrue, including an association to cannabis, which is not only unfair, but very misunderstood as you will learn in this video. Many people can benefit from using CBD and in so many ways, and I feel it’s unfair that people are misunderstanding it and misjudging it without properly educating themselves first. For those of you out there who are scared to take it or have come to your own conclusions about it, good or bad, I think you’ll be very surprised by the facts in this video. Now, this is the first of many we will be focusing on here on my channel. CBD is something I personally take and I’ll talk about the why's and the when’s in the video, but bottom line: it works and it is too important in its medicinal functions to be so easily dismissed, and I hope to change people’s perceptions of it through the many videos on the subject, starting with this one. Don't believe the fake FitSpresso reviews for the weight loss pill product supposedly called the "coffee loophole" appearing in online video sponsored posts on Facebook and Instagram. In this video, I show how terrible the reviews are for FitSpresso from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Trustpilot and Consumer Reports. Well, clarification on that last one: Consumer Reports never provided any reporting about this product, nor did Consumer Affairs. Basically, there is no coffee loophole or coffee recipe. It's all a lie. It leads to a page where scammers ask you to buy a bottle of pills. That's all FitSpresso is. Again, the FitSpresso reviews on Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Trustpilot are all terrible, and Consumer Reports never published any reporting about the product. Also, fake FitSpresso reviews appear all over YouTube from terrible, awful people claiming to be innocent affiliate marketers. In reality, these people — people who on Instagram claim to be kind and successful online marketers — are hoping people will buy products that do not do what they claim. These marketers are leading a life where they think they're doing something that is good and not problematic, when in reality their efforts have caused a lot of heartache and headaches for the victims of the FitSpresso scam. Just look at the FitSpresso reviews on BBB. GetFitSpresso. The customer review score is 1 out of 5. I also saw several customer complaints. For example, a woman named Barbara posted her FitSpresso review on the BBB website as follows: "I watched their video and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I was hoping product would help; however, when I tried to order, my phone/bank denied charge. I immediately got a phone call from someone willing to help me to complete purchase. I was sent an email and asked to open it while I was on the phone with their agent. I did and there was a link to complete order but agent offered me to assist. I was unsure if legit, don't like giving my info on phone, so I told agent, if I wished to pursue, I would call her back." Meanwhile, in another FitSpresso review, a woman named Sarah posted, "This product is completely bogus. I have used this for six months with no results. Do not purchase. I walk on a daily basis and there have been no results even though I used as directed by the manufacturer. [...] This is not even worth one star!!!!" Over on Trustpilot, FitSpresso reviews are similarly terrible. The website displayed a review score of 1.3 out of 5 for 197 reviews. One-star review after one-star review after one-star review. Customers complained of hidden subscription terms that specified they would be charged on a monthly basis. Also, the money back guarantee did not work for several people and the refund policy was problematic, too. For example, one person said, "Stay away from Fitspresso! It doesn’t work! Complete rip off. They don’t hold to their claim of 180 days money back guarantee! They are completely unwilling to work with customers." Also, another person said that FitSpresso attempted to sell someone on pricey and likely idiotic coaching from people who are dumb and not professionals: "Total scam. Before receiving product received call wanting me to sign for coaching for $1600.00 to help guide me in weight loss journey. Realized that this was total scam. Did not loose any weight.
